This February, Team Symbiosis London left our Regent Street home to attend International Confex 2025 at ExCeL— one of the most anticipated events in the industry calendar. With the sun shining and an electric atmosphere, we were ready to explore the latest innovations shaping the future of events and exhibitions.
International Confex is where venues, suppliers, and event professionals come together to showcase the best in the business—and we weren’t about to miss out! From testing our skills at air beer pong and sampling branded ice creams to exploring the latest event technology, simulators, and design trends, there was no shortage of inspiration. We were particularly impressed by the advances in living wall planting, which offer a fresh approach to sustainable event design, and we got an exclusive first look at Olympia’s exciting redevelopment plans.
Of course, no trip would be complete without catching up with our friends at beMatrix. Their impressive double-decker stand offered a fantastic view of the show floor and a glimpse into the future of modular stand design. Connecting with fellow industry professionals, exchanging insights, and seeing cutting-edge innovations in action reminded us why events like these are so valuable.
A fantastic day filled with inspiration, new connections, and plenty of ideas to bring back to our team. We can’t wait to introduce some of exciting innovations onto our client exhibition stands and brand experiences. We’re already looking forward to next year’s show!
