This annual event is aimed at both SSA UK members and for members of other European self storage trade associations who are part of the European Federation, FEDESSA. The conference provides a unique opportunity for members to keep up to date with industry developments, meet suppliers at the Trade Show and network
The 2021 event is coming back to the UK and being held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel at the NEC in Birmingham from 20 to 21 September.
Ideally located in the entertainment precinct within walking distance of Birmingham International airport and train station, the hotel is a fully integrated venue with accommodation and on-site parking plus all the conference facilities are on the ground floor.
With a full line up of speakers and of course the biggest self storage trade show outside the USA, the FEDESSA Conference is back and ready for you to network with hundreds of other self storage owners, operators and investors. Everything you need for your self storage business all in one place!
We are all undoubtably looking forward to meeting again in-person. However, to ensure we keep in line with any COVID-19 restrictions at the time of the event, there will be specific cleaning and distancing provisions in place to ensure the event is both safe and enjoyable.

Moreover the event has been organised with the flexibility to adapt to COVID-19 restrictions if required. Extra space has been added into the Trade Show and plenary room and the event is all on one level to avoid congestion around stairs and lifts. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to COVID-19, all delegates will receive a full refund immediately.
