The Brief
Spaces, part of IWG PLC, was looking to recreate its stunning creative working environments at RISE Hong Kong 2018, Asia’s largest tech conference. This was the first time the company had exhibited at this event and it want to use its 36m² island space to showcase the quality and hygge style of its design-led workplaces.
Our Response
Using Spaces Lee Gardens as inspiration, our exhibition stand design blended Scandi-cool with cutting edge AV and functionality. Stripped wood walls and floors, cork message boards, gorgeous retro furnishings and verdant foliage created a warm and friendly ambience. While a large LED screen, embedded in a concealed storage area, showed moodily atmospheric corporate video footage. As the venue wouldn’t allow hanging banners, we incorporated headers eye-catching Spaces branded headers. And the finishing touch? A ping pong table!
Delivery
Symbiosis worked closely with our trusted Hong Kong partner to ensure the highest build quality and finish throughout. We thought it looked amazing and so did the UK agency, Proctor & Stevenson, and the local Spaces client. Both were blown away by how the stand had captured the real essence of the brand and recreated it so faithfully at the show.
