We were thrilled when an old friend of Symbiosis asked us to help with the refit of the flagship Newberry Cricket store in Hove. Newbury wanted a total new look and feel to showcase its range of handmade cricket bats & playing kit at the Sussex County Cricket Ground shop.
Working with leading retail design company Ratcliffe Fowler, we brought the brief to life using a combination of the ever flexible Bematix system, in-house large format print and custom built items such as bat display boxes and a cricket net test area. It looks amazing and the shop has proved such a success that we were commissioned to refit an additional store at the Northamptonshire Country Cricket Ground
About Newberry
Newbery can trace its bat making heritage back to 1919 when the Newbery family first made handmade cricket bats in the picturesque surroundings of East Sussex. In a space dominated by mass machine produced hardware it is a bastion of British craftsmanship and its philosophy remains the same now as it did in 1919: Quality, aesthetic and performance. www.newberry.co.uk
