Committing to championing race, diversity and inclusion
As businesses and individuals, it is time to act in order to show solidarity and support, to spread awareness and to educate ourselves and others in issues of race. To help you re-engage with the challenges of racial equality in the workplace in the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement, the 2021 conference dedicated a stream to championing race, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The inspiring opening keynote on day one titled ‘A conversation with Reni Eddo-Lodge – what key learnings can the people profession take away from Why I’m No Longer Talking to White People About Race?’, chaired by June Sarpong OBE was made available to all attendees – paid conference delegates and those who registered to attend the free exhibition only.
